Since about 3 weeks ago we've noticed a disturbing trend. On a consistent basis there's garbage and what appears to be urine (dog or human?!!!) in the elevators. There are empty beer bottles outside the building. There are cars with tinted windows blocking the alley with engines running and people inside, who, apparently, don't reside in our building, waiting for who knows what.
We want to see if we're the only ones who've noticed this and are concerned.
Is this just irresponsible behavior of the owners or is it new renters who may not care about the place where they live as much as the owners do?
Hey Neighbor I share the same concerns as you !! I have noticed the disturbing trend as well, this is very disappointing . Whether own our rent tenants REALLY need to take care of the building. On another note I park in the garage and lately notice garbage being left on the ground. UGH
