We mentioned earlier that a turnover meeting would be coming up soon. Naturally we were excited to get a letter from Jessica about the meeting, which will take place on

In case you didn't get the letter, the main purpose of the meeting is to elect the Board of Directors. We are curious what other thoughts or concerns are; perhaps we could discuss them at the meeting, pending time constraints.
There will be a meeting hosted by unit owners in the Chess Lofts lobby tonight, Thursday February 10, at 7pm to help educate unit owners about the turnover process and the upcoming turnover meeting and board elections on the 28th.
